About a quarter inch, roughly two to three weeks of growth after shaving. Too short and the wax can't grip; too long and we'll trim first.
Exfoliate gently a day or two before, skip lotions and oils on the day, and avoid caffeine right before if you're sensitive. Let us know if you use retinol, Accutane or other skin-thinning products — we may need to skip face waxing.
A little, for a second. We work quickly, hold the skin taut and apply soothing products afterwards. Most clients find it gets easier with regular visits.
Usually three to five weeks depending on the area and your hair growth. Booking every four to six weeks keeps regrowth finer and sparser.
For 24 to 48 hours avoid hot showers, saunas, tanning, workouts and tight clothing on the waxed area. Start gentle exfoliation after two days to prevent ingrown hairs.
